Please note that if you are calling to report a missed bin the crew may return so you may wish to call after 2pm. You can also let us know about a missed bin by using the online form.

Town Hall and Contact centre opening hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

*Please note that between 8:30am and 10am an appointments system is in operation and the drop in service starts at 10am. Appointments can be made by telephoning us on 0115 907 2244 or by calling in at either Ilkeston or Long Eaton Town Hall.
