We don’t count points or calories. Our approach to weight loss is simple: we support you to make small bite-sized changes to your physical activity levels and eating habits and help you to develop a weight loss plan that is sustainable long term.  You will be supported by one of our specialist weight loss advisors throughout the 12 week programme. During each two hour group based session, we provide a wide range of nutritional advice and tools to help you overcome weight loss challenges.  You will also be able to increase your activity levels with our low intensity exercise session which is tailored to your ability.
