- To book a site inspection*
- For any technical enquires/questions.
- For advice on if an application is required for your building works
Building Control Officers can be contacted directly between 8.00am – 10.00am or between 2.00pm – 4.30pm when a duty officer service is provided. Calls made between 10.00am and 2.00pm will be diverted to the contact centre.

- To discuss or query an invoice
- To request an application form
- To request a copy of a completion certificate or approval notice.
