Sandiacre Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16 Consultation

The Sandiacre Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group have submitted their Neighbourhood Plan to Erewash Borough Council for a six week consultation period. This is required as outlined in Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. The consultation period will run between Wednesday 17^th January 2024 and Wednesday 28^th February 2024.

Neighbourhood Area Designation

25^th January 2022 – Sandiacre Parish Council submit Neighbourhood Area Application to designate the Parish of Sandiacre as a Neighbourhood Area to Erewash Borough Council.
2^nd March 2022 – Erewash Borough Council approve Neighbourhood Area at Planning Committee
