East Midlands 2025 Housing Conference
Landlords and agent will be able to hear from the experts and gain an in-depth understanding of the Renters' Rights Act, the latest on EPC regulations and more.
Hosted by Dash Services, guest speaker will be David Smith, Partner at Spector, Constant & Williams who will talk about Renters' Rights and other key legislation updates.
Registration will open at 9am with the opportunity to network and visit the exhibitors' stands before the conference commences at 10:00.
A buffet lunch will be available for delegates along with refreshment breaks during the day.
The conference is expected to close at 16:00.
