After receiving approval from the Home Secretary, the next Ilkeston Charter Fair will be extended from four days to five and include Sunday – with local children being invited to design the programme cover for this extra special event.
A boost to Erewash’s towns which has seen the council help to pay for new shop signs in Ilkeston and Long Eaton has proved such a hit it is being extended to other parts of the borough.
