• One parcel of land (Commercial Properties): £197.88 (including VAT £231.46)
• Additional parcels of land - each adjoining parcel: £17.00 (including VAT £20.40)

CON29 (R) Standard Enquiries Only

• One parcel of land - Residential Properties: £155.88 (including VAT £187.06)
• One parcel of land - Commercial Properties: £167:88 (including VAT £201.46)

CON29 (O) Part 2 Enquiries

• Each optional enquiry: £33.16 (including VAT £39.80)

Each additional enquiry (Solicitors own): £27.83 (including VAT £33.40)

Form LLC1 only: £30.00
