- Qualifications and Experience: Prince2 certification or equivalent project management qualifications, or significant experience.
- Business Analysis: Proficiency in business analysis for example process mapping for both current and future systems.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data and to present findings through various reports.

Key Responsibilities
This is an interesting and varied role, and the main responsibilities include:

As a Technical and Administrative Support Officer, you will be a member of a multifunctional team working at one of the Council’s main buildings. You will primarily be based at our Merlin Way depot in Ilkeston and will be responsible for ensuring that a range of both specialised and general administrative support duties are undertaken according to the needs of the individual service areas.
You should be enthusiastic, flexible, and well organised. The post includes dealing with telephone and email enquiries, and good interpersonal skills are required to communicate with people at all levels. You must have experience of dealing directly with the public, providing administrative support, and using IT systems, for example, the Microsoft Office suite of products. The use of ICT systems for information management, including data input and interrogation of computerised systems are also desirable requirements for the role.
A strong customer focus, commitment to service quality and improvement, attention to detail and accuracy is required. You will also have a willingness to work flexibly to allow for changing priorities within service areas.
