Erewash Borough Council is currently made up of 47 councillors who sit on a range of committees.  

Councillors are elected for a four-year term, to represent the people in their area of Erewash.

They have regular contact with the general public through council meetings, telephone calls, emails and public engagement.

Deadline for Submissions

The deadline for submission of questions and petitions is 5pm on the Monday of the week before the meeting (seven clear working days) unless there is a bank holiday. Contact us if you have any queries regarding submission of public questions via email on democratic@erewash.gov.uk or by telephone on 0115 9071154.
