Published under the Development Management Procedure Order 2015, Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2017, and the Listed Building and Conservation Area Regulations 1990.

Address: Land to west of Boyah Grange, Potato Pit Lane, Dale Abbey, Derbyshire.
Description: Installation and operation of solar farm for 40 years, comprising ground-mounted solar arrays, with ancillary buildings and plant, and including CCTV cameras, weather station, access works/tracks, landscaping/ecological works, deer/security fencing, and temporary compound/facilities for construction phase.

The application: is accompanied by an Environmental Statement; does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area; would affect public rights of way; would affect the setting of listed buildings; and would affect the character and appearance of a conservation area.

The application, its plans, the Environmental Statement, and other documents can be viewed via www.erewash.gov.uk/planning, or on public computers in the receptions of Ilkeston Town Hall (10:00 to 12:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday) or Long Eaton Town Hall (10:00 to12:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday).

A hard copy of the Environmental Statement will be available to view in the receptions during these hours.  A copy can be downloaded for free from our website.  Printed copies can be obtained while stocks last from the applicant, by emailing developmentuk@abeienergy.com , subject to fees payable to the applicant (incl. 20% VAT): Non-Technical Summary - £20; Main Statement - £100; Entire Statement (with appendices) - £350; specified chapters or appendices – price on request.
