Sandiacre Neighbourhood Plan

The Sandiacre Neighbourhood Plan Referendum was held on 13th February 2025 where residents voted on the following question:

Do you want Erewash Borough Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish of Sandiacre to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?

Number cast in favour of a ‘Yes’: 879

Number cast in favour of a ‘No’: 104
Turnout 14.1 %

The Sandiacre Neighbourhood Plan will be “made” (adopted) at the next available full council meeting held by Erewash Borough Council.
