This scheme is operated by Erewash Borough Council and is funded from the Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The Grant is open to applicants who are owners of or businesses occupying ground floor units in the town centres of Ilkeston and Long Eaton. Applicants should check their property is within the areas marked on the maps at the bottom of this page.

Eligible applicants can apply for a grant of:

Up to £2,000 towards the cost of shopfront signage.

This application will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. It would be useful to have the following documents to hand, as there will be an opportunity to upload them during your application:

A copy of the lease agreement for your premises.
An image or the current shopfront.
A render of how the shopfront will look after the installation of your new signage.
A quotation for the cost of your signage.
