*I/We make application for a site at the Annual Charter Fair for a Riding Machine, Exhibition, Game, Stall or other Amusement Device, particulars of which are given below and *I/we agree to comply with the Conditions and Regulations annexed hereto and pay any charges arising out of or incidental to my/our occupation of the site and provide necessary documentation as outlined in the Conditions and Regulations.

*I/We hereby indemnify Erewash Borough Council, their Servants and Agents, against any claim which may be made by anyone in consequence of any accident arising out of the use of the said site.

Transfers and Sublets are prohibited without the prior consent of the Events Officer. Please forward your proposal in writing to the address below for approval.

All Application forms must be submitted by 30th August 2025.
