This signed and completed form must be returned to Erewash Borough Council by 29th August 2025 at the latest. 

A copy must also be available for inspection on site, by the event organiser and/or Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Authority, at all times. In order to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 you must complete a fire risk assessment of your stall or unit. The assessment needs to identify the fire hazards and persons at risk together with the controls to remove or reduce the risk. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in you being removed from site
