*I/We make application for a site at the Annual Charter Fair for a Permit for Selling Balloons or Light Up Toys, particulars of which are given below and *I/we agree to comply with the Conditions and Regulations annexed hereto and pay any charges arising out of or incidental to my/our occupation of the site and provide necessary documentation as outlined in the Condition and Regulations.
*I/We hereby indemnify Erewash Borough Council, their Servants and Agents, against any claim which may be made by anyone in consequence of any accident arising out of the use of the said site.
We will treat all personal data you provide in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. We may need to share your information with other departments within Erewash Borough Council to ensure that you receive the best possible service. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes or any other reason unless required to do so by law. · All Application forms must be submitted by 29 August 2025
· Invoices will be sent in the post from 1 September and must be paid no later than the 1 October 2025
· All bonds for Living Vans will be returned by 7 November 2025
· Electricity invoices will be sent by 7 November and must be paid by the 5 December 2025
· Please note there will be a charge of £31.18 for any late payments
