Subscriptions for 2025-26
You can sign up or renew your brown bin subscription for garden waste collections from 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026.
Winter suspension dates
In Ilkeston and surrounding areas, the last collections will be during the week starting 24 November 2025.
Collections will start again during the week of 2 March 2026 and will run to 31 March 2026.
In Long Eaton and surrounding areas, the last collections will be during the week starting 1 December 2025.
Collections will start again during the week of 9 March 2026 and will run to 31 March 2026.
Charges
A subscription costs £37 and £27.75 for each additional subscription. You will receive 20 collections with a short break over the winter months.

Need an extra brown bin and/or subscription
If you would like to order an extra brown bin (charge applies) you can do this when you sign up or renew.
You can request an additional garden waste bin and/or subscription at a later time if you decide your current subscription isn't adequate. You will need to have an EXISTING subscription to use this form.
