Opening Times

Telephone: With effect from the 1st of October 2011 the Telephone Contact Centre opening hours will be:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 7pm
Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm

Please note that your calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

For out of hours emergencies please telephone 0845 907 2244.

Town Hall Reception, Cashiers and General Enquiries opening hours:

8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 4.30pm Fridays

Face to Face Revenues/Benefits Enquiries opening hours:

8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday*
8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday*

*Please note that between 8:30am and 10am an appointments system is in operation and the drop in service starts at 10am. Appointments can be made by telephoning us on 0845 907 2244 or by calling in at either Ilkeston or Long Eaton Town Hall.
