Easter bank holidays 2024

The council offices will be closed on Friday March 29 and Monday April 1 for the Easter Bank Holidays. Bin collections will go ahead as normal.

Ilkeston and Long Eaton Town Halls

Ilkeston Town Hall – open from 10am until 2pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and on a Friday. The reception at Ilkeston Town Hall is closed on a Wednesday.

Long Eaton Town Hall – open from 10am until 2pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and on a Friday. The reception at Long Eaton Town Hall is closed on a Thursday.

Our Customer Services Team are available by phone from 8.30am to 5pm (Monday to Thursday) 8.30am to 4.30pm (Friday), call 0115 9072244.

We are dealing with some queries by phone but the service is limited as not all of our staff are currently office based.

Call 0115 9071010 if you have a query about Housing Benefit or a Council Tax Support claim.
