Erewash Museum will be whisking us away to the land of the fairies when their Enchanted Garden event opens on Saturday 15 September between 11am and 3pm.
Come and meet the Queen of the Fairies in her grotto, have your photo taken with a beautiful
unicorn, join in with the fairy craft activities and take part in the magical fairy trail activity around the decorated gardens. To get in to the spirit of the occasion, why not come in costume dressed as a fairy or an elf?
The Old Stables Tea Rooms will be open for you to enjoy a well-earned rest from the magic and sparkle.
There will be a small charge for some activities.
Councillor Mike Wallis, Erewash Borough Council’s Lead Member for Culture and Leisure, says:
“Join us for a magical day at the museum, the enchanted garden day is always an extremely popular event and it’s a delight to see how it ignites the imaginations of both young and old visitors.”
