Regulation 22 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended)
On the November 30th 2022 the Submission Version of the Erewash Core Strategy Review, all duly made representations to the Publication (Regulation 19) version and the following documents were submitted to the Secretary of State:

The documents detailed above are available to view on the Council’s website and hard copies for viewing are available at Ilkeston and Long Eaton Town Hall. Please check opening times on the Council’s website before visiting either of the premises. The documents are also available via a URL poster, allowing the community to access the weblink on computers within the Town Halls and community locations as presented below.
