Green Entrepreneurs Fund
Derbyshire County Council and University of Derby have teamed up to provide a Green Entrepreneurs Fund. £2million has been allocated to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint, retrain in low carbon skills and develop innovative solutions in low carbon schemes.
Capital and revenue support is available to entrepreneurs wanting to establish green energy schemes within Derbyshire. A small number of high-quality demonstrator projects are to be supported for innovative solutions that provide community heat and power solutions will be prioritised.

The Growth Hub have added to the portfolio of support that they offer in the form of an investment fund. This fund is now closed. It helped support small and medium sized enterprises. Apprenticeship Funding
