Any representations must be made in writing and be received by us within 23 days of the date of registration.
Should you wish to make representations please quote the ERE reference number on all correspondence.
You must also ensure that your full name and postal address are clearly shown. This will ensure that you receive notification of the decision and where appropriate any amendments.

Plans for applications submitted and awaiting a decision are available to view at Long Eaton Town Hall between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays.
Once an application has a decision, the file may be viewed at Long Eaton Town Hall.
