Weekly lists of planning applications can be accessed here for 2009.

Weekly planning lists are filed by the week ending the Friday to which they relate and can be downloaded on the following Monday from the related documents section.

You can also view the weekly planning lists for 2008 and 2007 by using the links on the left.

Commenting on an application

You can comment on any of the applications listed.

Any representations must be made in writing, and be received by us within 23 days of the date of registration. You can comment on this proposal by email but you must ensure that your full name, postal address and the planning ERE reference are quoted. This will ensure that you receive notification of the decision and where appropriate any amendments.

Please note that by virtue of the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any representations made are likely to be open to public inspection.

Viewing submitted plans

Plans for applications submitted and awaiting a decision are available to view at Long Eaton Town Hall between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays.

Applications for Ilkeston and North Area parishes are also available at Ilkeston Town Hall during the same working hours.

Once an application has a decision, the file may be viewed at Long Eaton Town Hall.

There is a fee of £3.50 for access to information and additional charges for any copying required.
