Planning portal

For further help and advice regarding the need for planning permission you can access the Planning Portal in the related links section.

You are encouraged to submit your planning application form and plans online through the Planning Portal. 

The fee calculator on the Planning Portal does not take joint applications into account - please ensure you submit the correct fee.

When submitting paper versions of the standard application forms - three additional copies plus the original must be submitted – four in total.

All other drawings and plans also require three copies plus the original – four of each in total.
