Customer Services are here to assist you in accessing all the Council’s services regardless of whether you contact us in person, by telephone, by letter, by email or through our online web services.

Our Customer Services Advisors and other Customer Services staff will assist you in accessing the best service from Erewash Borough Council. This may include:
- helping you identify the service you require
- providing advice and information on the Council’s services, or
- helping you find the service you need, if that service is not provided by this Council.

We always value your feedback and comments, even when you feel our service has not been up to the standard you might expect. If you have any views you may express them through the Council’s “Comments, Compliments, Complaints” system details of which may be accessed here
We will also provide assistance in accessing Council held information under The Freedom of Information Act 2000, Data Protection Act 1998, Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and other statutory information rights. Further details may be found here
