Direct Debit
You can pay your Council Tax via Direct Debit - you can download the form as a PDF
Telephone Payments
Customers can also make payments by telephone. To do so, call the IVR on 0800 783 9020 to make a payment via this method.
Payments Note:
The Online Payments Service page will prompt you for the following payment details:
- Your unique reference number (you will find this reference number on your tax bill).
- The amount you would like to pay in pounds (£).
Once these details have been collected you will be transferred to our secure server where you will be able to make your payment.
