In September 2005 we conducted a survey to find out how satisfied customers are with the events we currently provide within the Borough.  The results of this survey are now available for you to take a look at.

As a result of the survey we have implemented some of the findings, as follows:

You told us:
"A longer programme of brass band concerts please!"

What we did:
Extended the programme by three concerts and also lengthened the programme to run into August.

You told us:
"We would like to see a canal boat festival"

What we did:
We are currently organising a canal boat festival to be held in Summer 2007.

You told us:
"Hold a food fayre or French market"

What we did:
Organised a Continental Market in June which, will be returning each summer and also at Christmas due to its great success.
