Personal treatment licences
We issue licences for the following types of personal treatment:
- Acupuncture
- Cosmetic piercing (e.g. ear, body)
- Electrolysis
- Tattooing
- Semi-permanent skin colouring
For the above you are required to complete two applications. One for the person who would carry out the procedures and one for the premises.
These are available for you to download from the related documents section.
The current fees are listed in the Councils list of Fees and Charges. A fee must be paid for each registration registration. Please note the fee increases on 1 April each year (please contact us if the current year's fee is not displayed).
