To obtain a credited qualification being the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders you can contact the following organisations: Taylor Hall and Associates on 01332 295060, Fraser Brown Solicitors on 0115 9888777 or Poppleston Allen on 0115 9538500.
You will also need to obtain a Basic Criminal Disclosure Report which identifies any criminal convictions/cautions you may hold, you can obtain an application form from Disclosure Scotland on 0870 609 6006. Please note that on the submission of your personal licence application this report must be one month in date.
Two passport sized photographs are also required, one of which must be certified on the back by a professional body stating their name and capacity. The wording should read "I certify that this is a true likeness of Mr/Mrs/Miss...... "
The fee for a Personal Licence is £37.00 - cheques should be made payable to Erewash Borough Council.
Submission of a personal licence should be submitted to the local authority where you live.
