If you store more than 15 litres of petroleum spirit (petrol) or petroleum mixtures (toluene, paint thinners, etc.) then you will almost certainly need a license to do so.
There are one or two exceptions to this rule. These relate to storage for use in motor vehicles or other internal combustion engines.
