The following types of assistance are available:
- Disabled Facilities Grants - to help adapt houses occupied by people with disabilities
- Home Repair Assistance Grants- to help with smaller works of repair and improvement
- Home Improvement Grants - for the improvement and or repair of unfit houses
- Empty Homes Grants - for the improvement and or repair of unoccupied houses which are to be brought back into owner-occupation.
