Erewash Affordable Housing Development Partners - we request that developers work with one of these partners for the delivery of s106 agreements re affordable housing.
Due to a change in national policy an amendment to the affordable housing threshold within the Affordable Housing SPD was approved by Planning Committee on 4 April 2007.
