Nine units of accommodation in a shared house (16 to 54 years old) plus three units of accommodation in another shared house (18 to 54 years old). Support is given in all areas including life skills (nine unit bespoke programme) and education (three days per week in-house college to National Test Level 2). The project is staffed 24/7 and is run by a Christian charity.

Four units of self contained accommodation within the Erewash area, two units in Ilkeston and two units in Long Eaton. Accommodation for people who are experiencing drug/alcohol issues or/and involved in the criminal justice system. Aimed primarily at 18 to 30 year olds who are engaging with treatment/supervision with a local connection to the Erewash area. Service users must be willing to engage with support and work towards independent living.

10 units of accommodation (a mix of self contained and shared units) in Erewash, currently provided in Ilkeston and Long Eaton. The service is provided for individuals who are aged 16 and above (no upper age limit) and who have complex needs; including people who are experiencing drug/alcohol issues, mental health issues and those who are involved in the criminal justice system.

Service users must be willing to engage with the support provided and work towards independent living. Support available primarily between 9-7pm Monday to Friday (visiting support).

Erewash Supported Housing for people between 18 and 65 years of age currently experiencing mental health problems in need of accommodation with support. Support focuses on maintaining the tenancy, budgeting, daily life skills, remaining well and move on into independent living. We also have good links into education and training.

Ilkeston Supported Housing

Ilkeston supported housing consists of 11 individual flats, 2 small 2 bedroom houses and communal accommodation which consists of a four and five bed shared properties for single people experiencing mental health issues who will receive support to maintain their tenancy. All clients have an individual support plan and an allocated support worker.

Long Eaton Supported Housing

The supported housing service in Long Eaton is a 9 bed house offering communal accommodation to people experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems. Each client has an individual support plan, an allocated worker and staff based at the house 9-5 mon-fri.

12 bed homeless hostel for single males and females age 16-65. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients are assigned a keyworker who will work with their client to equip them with the skills they need to move on into independent living and successfully maintain their own tenancy. We also offer training courses and education classes.

The aim of the service is to provide high quality supported housing to young, homeless people in the Erewash area (male and female between the ages of 16 to 25 years old). The foyer consists of a nine fully furnished units and focus on enabling young people that live in the foyer to attain their full potential in terms of training or employment.
