Home visits

If necessary we can arrange home visits where you have difficulty getting into the offices due to disability or lack of adequate transport.  Please telephone us if you wish to arrange a home visit.

• By Car: Public car park next to both offices
• By Bus: Trent Bus No. 15. Runs every 20 mins from 9 am.
  • Between Derby Rd, Long Eaton and Wharncliffe Rd, Ilkeston.
  • The bus stop can be located outside each council building.
  • Fares cost £2.40 single and £4.60 return.
