Accidents at work
Accident reporting
Employers have a legal duty to report certain types of accidents to staff and members of the public specified within the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulation 1995.
Details of such accidents should be sent to the Incident Contact Centre by one of the following means:
- By telephone 0845 300 99 23
- By fax 0845 300 99 24
