Dietary advice and a variety of workout sessions including - circuits, strengthening and toning and much more.
Suitable for all ages and abilities and ideal for new starters.

Aerobics
Hi/Low Aerobics include both high and low impact movement for the development of personal fitness and stamina followed by floor work to increase muscle tone.
Body Tone includes and aerobic warm up session followed by body toning using weights and exercise.
Boot camp
Intense workout based on military training mixed abilities welcome
Junior Weight Workout
14 - 15 years only - A supervised workout session in the junior gym to tone and build strength and stamina
Pilates** - Combines sensory awareness with physical training. focuses specifically on the lower and deeper abdominals, mid back muscles, arms and legs.
