2008 Sports Club Directory

Erewash Sports Development is asking all Erewash sports clubs to complete and return a club questionnaire that will inform local residents and visitors where to access sporting opportunities in Erewash.

The new 2008 Sports Directory will be available across Erewash at public buildings and community facilities as well as online to download from early 2008.

We ran a competition to win £250 in a prize draw for all completed entries received by 31 January. The winner of the draw was Sandiacre Town Cricket Club.

In total we received 72 sports club questionnaires which is fantastic and all their details will go into the printed and online Sports Directory for 2008.

Please continue to complete the questionnaire - all those returned will be included in the web-based directory which will be updated each month.

Please print this form and complete or alternatively, you can request a hard copy posting to you (with a pre-paid reply envelope) by calling Culture and Leisure Services on 0845 9072244 Ext 3208 or 3209.

This questionnaire is available in other formats: large print, audio, CD/Floppy disk.
