There are several Walking for Health groups that meet within the borough.
These groups provide an ideal opportunity for you to improve your health.

A variety of leaflets are available detailing the wide range of country walks available in Erewash.
Leaflets are free and available from most public buildings and information points, alternatively contact us and we will send you a pack of leaflets.
