A vital part of performance management is the process of monitoring and reviewing performance information. This will ensure that areas of underperformance are highlighted and corrective actions can be taken, best practice is identified and communicated.
Regular performance reports are submitted to our Corporate Management Team.
Our Executive and Service Effectiveness Scrutiny Committee receive quarterly performance reports, providing performance updates on all of our performance indicators.
