Each month the Council is required to publish a Forward Plan containing all of the Key Decisions likely to be taken by the Council Executive over the next four months. The plan is rolled forward every month and is a public document.
A Key Decision is:- any decision likely to result in expenditure or savings exceeding £10,000 or 10% of the relevant service budget, whichever is the lesser, subject to a de minimis of £5000; or any decision which is likely to have a significant impact on communities in one or more electoral wards.
The purpose of the Plan is to inform not just members of the public but also all Members of the Council on future business for the Council Executive.
