- in person - call in at one of our main offices (see council contacts for details)
- in writing - download and print a copy of our 'Comments Compliments and Complaints…tell us what you think – Submission Form ' and return it to any of the council’s offices
- by eform - complete and send the online form Comments Compliments and Complaints…making your point (opens in a new window). This will automatically forward your comment, compliment or complaint to us
- or send us a letter for details.
All information we receive will be logged and you will receive confirmation and be allocated a unique reference number before we formally reply.
