Different ways to make a complaint

• in writing - download and print a copy of our 'Comments Compliments and Complaints…tell us what you think' form from the link below and return it to any of the council’s offices (opens in a new window).
• completing the online form (opens in a new window).

All information we receive will be logged and you will receive confirmation and be allocated a unique reference number before we formally reply. The Three-Stage Complaints Procedure provides details of the process.
