Welcome to Erewash

Scenes from the borough of Erewash

  ...driving for success

Community Forums

We are striving to make Community Forums more meaningful to all those involved - that includes you!

Since May 2007 the borough council has been reviewing the structure of the Erewash Community Forums to help improve the way they work.

Following the review it has been decided that there will now be just four Forums across the borough, reflecting the rural north and south of Erewash and the towns of Ilkeston and Long Eaton.

Derbyshire County Council and the Police are now also on board. Thanks to their support we hope the new improved model for community forums will be more effective in the future, providing a better vessel for listening, consultation and acting on the issues that concern you the most.

But we don’t want to stop there… we want your views on how we can bring more local people through the door to have their say.

For further information or to give your opinions on how we can increase attendance at the forums please write to us at: Consultation Officer, Ilkeston Town Hall, Wharncliffe Road, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5RP, or email consultation@erewash.gov.uk

If you would like to ask one of the panel members a question, please complete the online contact form. Where possible we will try and answer your question on the night, but if not we will get back to you as soon as possible.
