If your new to the sport of triathlon, don't panic! Nearly everyone taking part in the Erewash Novice Triathlon will be a novice in one or all of the sports. However, don't leave your training to the last week and if you can encourage your partner, friend(s) or work colleagues to train with you then it will help you through the rough patches. In fact, if you can persuade two other people you could enter a team and you could train together in the build up the the event.

We wish everyone's training goes well and you enjoy the triathlon on the day.
