Maximum Entry Numbers

In 2008, we have expanded the total number of participants to 350 to accommodate the interest we received in 2007. There are two categories of entry available to participants, individual or team entries (3 persons per team).

Please note that the total of 350 participants includes the combined totals of the individual category participants and the participants in the team category.

1. Individual Entries

If you would like to enter the 2008 Erewash Novice Triathlon, please print and completean entry form below and return to the organisers with the appropriate payment.

2. Team Entries

If you are entering a team to the event, please ensure each team member completes an entry form and you indicate the Team Captain on the appropriate entry form in order that the event information can be posted to the appropriate person. Teams can comprise of either all male, all female or mixed genders. Each team member will complete the triathlon and the combined times will indicate the position of the team.

One Mile Family Fun Run (Free to enter)

The Family Fun Run is an opportunity for spectators, relatives and friends not to miss out on the opportunity to be active during the day. It is a free event to enter but participants must register on the day at Event Registration in the Sports Hall in West park Leisure Centre. 

The course is a 1 mile fun event around West Park and will include some of the Triathlon’s running course. The participants will receive a medal upon completing the Fun Run and there will also be some spot prizes for those that impress the officials with their costumes, style and sheer determination (fancy dress optional).

Registration for Fun Runners closes at 9:45am (Sports Hall, West Park Leisure Centre)

Fun Run start is 10:00am on West Park (Next to the Leisure Centre)

Fun Run maximum number of entries is limited to 100.
