Housing Needs and Research

Erewash Housing Needs Study

Fordhams Research have carried out a Housing Needs Study for Erewash, which is a comprehensive study of housing needs across all tenures and client groups in the borough.

The main purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive assessment of housing needs in the borough, which will inform our Housing Strategy and Local Development Framework.

It will help the Council and its Partners to understand, strategically plan and deliver the housing needs of the people of Erewash.

The project consists of a sample survey of occupiers, and an analysis of existing data.
