If necessary we can arrange home visits where you have difficulty getting into the offices due to disability or lack of adequate transport.  Please telephone us if you wish to arrange a home visit.

• By Car: Public car park next to both offices
• By Bus: Trent Bus No. 15. Runs every 20 mins from 9 am.
  • Between Derby Rd, Long Eaton and Wharcliffe Rd, Ilkeston.
  • The bus stop can be located outside each council building.
  • Fares cost £2.00 single and £3.80 return.
