Masterplans

The Long Eaton and Ilkeston Masterplans have been prepared as Area Action Plans (AAP’s) in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (Local Development)(England) Regulations 2004. However for the reasons stated in the withdrawal notice they are no longer being progressed as AAP’s. The masterplans have however undergone considerable public consultation and have been adopted by the Council they are therefore a material consideration in the decision making process.

Ilkeston and Long Eaton Town Centre Masterplans – Engagement of Consultants

We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to offer financial, commercial and planning viability advice for the implementation of identified redevelopment projects set out in our adopted Ilkeston and Long Eaton Town Centre Masterplans.
