Planning Committee

Planning Committee meetings are held about every three weeks at 5.30 pm and generally alternate between the Council Chambers in Long Eaton and Ilkeston.  The Committee agenda and Officer's report is available one week before the Committee and the meeting minutes are available to view following the meeting.  Please be advised that most applications are dealt with under delegated powers and do not need to be heard by the Committee. Please contact the Development Support Section on 0115 907 2240 for information regarding specific applications and whether they will be heard by the Committee.
