Our Service Promise
Erewash Borough Council is committed to ensuring that everyone has equal access to the services and information we provide.
We will:
- Provide information in accessible formats in large print, computer disc or audio tape on request.
- Provide interpretation through the Language Line service on request.
- Provide you with a Sign Language interpreter if required.
- Provide documents in Braille on request.
- Offer a minicom text-phone service to assist in contacting the Council by telephone. Our minicom number is 0115 9316056
- Make every reasonable adjustment to support other means to enable customers to access our services.
